    The economist in me wants to say A, B, or E.
    The investment banker in me wants to write in my own answer.
    The consultant in me wants to say that I’m sure what the right answer is given thorough analysis and understanding of the issues at hand but given various contingencies which are specified in the footnotes you may want to choose any of five carefully selected answers which I have provided to you in both graph and table form.
    The carbohydrate in me wants to draw a picture of a sailboat.

  2. that’s a wonderful sailboat, but you should have listened to the engineer in you. as a rule, i don’t read footnotes.
